Availability
In the event of an item being out of stock we will send your order and refund the out of stock item if it is unlikely to be back in stock in a reasonable amount of time. Alternatively, we may at our discretion hold the order until complete if the delay is likely to be no more than a few days, we will inform you of this via email if necessary and advise on the estimated time delay.
Wish To Cancel?
If at any time you wish to cancel your order throughout the processing stage, you must notify our support team immediately. We cannot cancel your order after dispatch.
Return Period
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Eligibility
Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Important Note on Sizing
Please ensure you carefully review our size chart before placing your order. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Sizing errors do not qualify as a product defect.
Refund Process
Most refunds require the product to be returned to our facility. If returning the item is not possible, a 50% partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Customs Issues
We are not responsible for items confiscated by local Customs or for Customs-related charges. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Items purchased on sale
To Initiate a Return
Contact us via email to start the return process. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied back to the original method of payment that was used at purchase. Please note that processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
Please note: If your order has already shipped and is currently in transit, the refund process may be temporarily delayed until the package is delivered. Once received, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the product and packaging, along with brief details, so we can finalize the refund accordingly.
